Shipping & Returns


Our goal is to make shipping a hassle-free experience for ReFive Gear customers.


ReFive Gear specializes in providing high quality products to our customers. Occasionally some of our styles may have limited availability. If a product you order is in limited supply our ReFive Gear Support Team will contact you to discuss options.


Delivery Options & Estimated Transit Times

We will ship your items via Priority Mail from the United States Post Office. Shipments usually arrive 1 to 7 days from the time an order is processed and the shipment leaves the warehouse. This includes items that are designated for free shipping.



PO Boxes - ReFive Gear cannot accept orders for and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

PPO Boxes - ReFive Gear cannot accept orders for and cannot deliver to PPO Boxes.

Notice to residents of Alaska and Hawaii - Orders placed with a delivery address in Alaska and Hawaii usually require additional shipping fees and usually take longer to deliver.

International Shipments - We do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back with us in the future.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your happiness is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery –


Returned or exchanged items must be in original, “unused” condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging. If you are returning your purchase please include the bracelet and all other packaging items. If you’re exchanging your purchase you do not need to include the bracelet in your return package.


If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out the bottom section of your packing slip and send it back to us with all the items you wish to return or exchange. You can also call our support team at 1-855- It’s on You (1-855- 487-6696).


The credit card used for the original purchase will be refunded for all returns and exchanges, when your return has been processed. If you make an exchange we will remove the charges for the original purchases and charge your card for the new item. If you would like us to charge a different credit card than the original, please contact our support team.


Please note that refunds will be for the entire purchase price, and will not include return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by us or any damage caused during shipping. If you are exchanging an item, ReFive Gear will pay to get the new item(s) back to you! The replacement item will be shipped when we receive the original item.


For your protection, we strongly recommend that returned items be sent back to ReFive Gear, Pre-Paid via the US Post office. We DO NOT accept COD. Please be sure to save your receipt and tracking number for proof of return. ReFive Gear is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Order Errors and Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or was not what you ordered from the store, please contact us via telephone 1-855- Its on You (1-855- 487-6696) or e-mail (support@refivegear.com) within 3 days of receipt of your order. Our ReFive Gear Support Team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
